VINIFICATION
harvested by hand,semi carbonic maceration during 15 to 20 days,part of the harvest has its stocks removed.

TASTING
EYE : black cherry
AROMA : Nice bouquet of black fruits, floral notes, slightly minty.
PALATE : Elegant, structured wine with a very long finish.
